I want to log my thoughts and feeling throughout the next 30 days as I embark on what I hope to be a great weight loss experience. I know there are going to be ups and downs and I want this blog to help me through those hard times. I want this journal to motivate me and help me keep going.
I have ordered an Isagenix Pack. A 30 day nutritional program to assist me in my journey. It consists of shake and cleanse days. My blog will continue from day 1.
My aim: 75KG!
Why am I doing this: I want to be healthy, I want to be able to run and enjoy spending moments with my kids, I want to be able to fit into a bikini and walk down the beach with confidence. I want to be that sexy wife that every man wants!
I am currently sitting at 88.9 kg. The heaviest I have ever been. I am struggling, I will lose a couple of kg and then they come back on. I know the culprit, food!
I will log my daily food, how I feel and the exercise I carry out, so from week to week I can see where and when I am either going wrong or I am doing right. Fingers crossed this is what I need to help shift those kilo's.
